Made in 1915, Pump action tube fed takedown rifle, Includes, Front and rear adjustable sights, Octagon barrel, 2/3 length feed tube, Tang peep sight, Blued finish, Plain wooden straight grip stock and grooved forend, Metal crescent butt plate, Barrel length, 24". SN:533093. Condition: Good. Good bore and strong action with fair rifling, Bore shows light firing wear, All metal retains good original blue with finish loss to moving parts and turning to patina throughout, Stock and forend are solid free of cracks and breaks showing handling marks and usual finish loss throughout, Stock and forend have been refinished, Good solid crescent butt plate with finish loss and light pitting throughout.

Firearms with an (C&R) at the beginning of the title follow the same rules mentioned in section 13 or can be transferred with a Curio & Relic (C&R) licensee without a NICS check. 16. Firearms without an (R) or (C&R) at the beginning of the title can be transferred without a background check or be shipped to your address unless a mistake has been made or your state laws prohibit the item. 17. If we are shipping a firearm for you, it will be your responsibility to have your FFL or C&R licensee to email or fax us a copy of their license prior to us shipping the firearm. 18. You must be 18 years of age to purchase a long gun and 21 to purchase a hand gun. 19. No out of country shipping on ammo, weapons or powder 20. No ammo sales if you?re a resident of Washington D.C. 21. We will not ship any ammo to Alaska or Hawaii 22. If you live in California, Connecticut, Illinois, Massachusetts or New York we will only ship ammo to an FFL in your state. You will be responsible to find a licensed FFL in your state that is willing to facilitate this transfer (please note they might charge for this) and have them email us a copy of their license prior to us shipping. You are also responsible to know what ammo is legal in your state as all sales are final and no refunds will be given if the ammo is determined to be illegal in your state. 23. If you live in NJ and are purchasing pistol ammo the same rules as section 22 apply. 24. We do not ship any powder or primers.
